there are 4 considerations when taking a trip somewhere, what do we leave behind, what do we take with, what do we want to do along the way and how do we get there?

the same can be said when we embark on an emotional healing trip.

its a pragmatic way to start ones trip and one that also holds you accountable in a non-judgemental manner

experiencialism, the 4 constants in change, what is the most important in this realm, stress response, relaxation response, the subconscious, adaptive and maladaptive subconscious programs, states of being, where our emotional imbalance starts, did we come in with some, the quantic effect on change through generations etc

these 1 hour workshops, over a 5 week period, make learning easier as they don’t require big time commitments.

you will have enough very good material to start moving forward with your change-work, however from experience, it will need to be repeated and repeated until the material is owned.

starting in april, when i am back from teaching in South Africa, we will restart our 4 hour, 1 and 2 day workshops where you are welcome to join us and further assimilate what you have learned in the above series
