this visit is dedicated to getting to know each other, learning about your health concerns, examining your spine and extremities as needed, performing appropriate tests to rule in or rule out certain conditions and giving you your first chiropractic adjustment.

this visit can take between 40 - 60 minutes and costs €60

your second visit

this visit for me is the most important for 3 reasons

we get to see how your body and innate healing capacities responded to your first adjustment

if you are a slow, normal or fast healer

we get to do a report of findings, based on what i found in the first visit, where i explain what is the cause of your symptoms, if i can help, how long it will take and what costs are involved

i will also recommend some exercises, some things to do and some things to avoid

this visit can take between 20 - 40 minutes and costs €50

it typically takes 3-6 sessions to feel a significant shift in your symptomatic state of being

further it tales 6 -12 weeks to change what needs to be changed, to stabilise your spine and a life time to maintain it

this will all be explained in detail during your report of findings at your second visit where once you have a full understanding of what the problem is and what it will take to get you back to balance you can make an informed choice of how you wish to proceed

follow up sessions cost 50€ or depending on your financial ability, an affordable monthly fee which gives you 2 sessions per week at a rate/fee that works for your budget and my ability to work with you
