this visit is dedicated to getting to know each other, learning about your health concerns, examining your spine and extremities as needed, performing appropriate tests to rule in or rule out certain conditions and giving you your first chiropractic adjustment.
it is also a moment where we start to develop a healing relationship
this visit can take between 40 - 60 minutes and costs €60

the second and third visits for me are the most important for 3 reasons

we get to see how your body and innate healing capacities respond to your first adjustments

if you are a slow, typical or fast healer

we get to do a report of findings, based on what i found in our first two visits, where i explain what is the cause of your symptoms, if i can help, how long it will take and what costs are involved
i will also recommend some exercises, some things to do and some things to avoid
these visits can take up to 30 minutes and costs €50
follow up visits

it typically takes 3-6 sessions to feel a significant shift in your symptomatic state of being
further it takes 6 -12 weeks to change what needs to be changed, to stabilise your spine and a life time to maintain it
this will all be explained in detail during your report of findings at your third visit where once you have a full understanding of what the problem is and what it will take to get you back to balance you can make an informed choice of how you wish to proceed
follow up sessions cost 50€ or depending on your financial ability, an affordable monthly fee that works for your budget and my ability to work with you can be set up
